Vintage moped of the day is a Simpsons themed Vespa Ciao. We got to test ride this build while at the Puddle Cutters rally this year. We had to share this fun build. The theme is the more important feature of this build over its performance. The engine receives a mild upgrade compared to most of the other vintage mopeds shared on Moped Rich.
