The Build

This isn’t an ordinary Magnum X.  This is an awesome custom build that belongs to TJ.  Here is what he had to say when sharing this build on the lovers of Derbi Facebook page.

“2 years ago I had the idea of putting my favorite engine on my dream bike, a Puch Magnum X. With the help of Edward Manhart, we set off to make this death rocket. After 2 years of on-and-off work on this project, it is 95% done and only needs tuning and decals. The frame was stretched to fit the engine, and the swingarm got widened to fit some sweet derbi Atlantis wheels from DOS with front and rear disc brakes. 12v electrical system with a battery to power the electric start. 47mm flatreed kit and a 21phbg carb. Includes a bunch of other little things like a derbi tach, a car horn, and a ton of fabrication everywhere. Can’t wait for some warm weather to get this tuned in and ripping!”
