This Tomos Targa with minor upgrades from Doug (meat_smoke) caught my eye on 1977 Garage. He did some good upgrades to the moped. The reason given was for his friend’s son to commute to school through the cornfields. Knowing this little information shows that he accomplished this with mild modifications.
