1979 Honda Hobbit PA50 II | MOPED OF THE DAY

1979 Honda Hobbit PA50 II

1979 Honda Hobbit PA50 II resto-mod from Jake.  Built to look stock, but with performance upgrades.   There are a few differences from a stock Hobbit and Jake’s but I appreciate them. I like the handlebar and pedal choices.  He started with a good base.  The moped was complete but missing covers, paint was faded, seat not so good, engine not running, and I’m sure some other issues.  His goal was to restore the bike to look close to original but with his own little twist.  A picture of what he started with is in the gallery below.

1979 Honda Hobbit PA50 Appearance

Original wheels, magneto cover, plastic frame side covers, forks, seat, and tank | BMX translucent pedals | MLM aluminum floor covers | new fenders | Chrome adjustable shocks | Bullet headlight with speedometer | Honda Camino headlight bracket | BMX style handlebars | New front brake lever and throttle
