Here is a 1976 Fantic Motor Concord Lei found on an old listing site. I’m about to start building up a Mini Chic soon and was looking at other mini mopeds for inspiration. That is how I came across this sweet moped of the day.
I would definitely say there is a wave of mini mopeds growing in popularity. It’s not as hot as trying to get a Derbi Variant but its been growing in the past couple of years. It seems like all of the major moped brands have some sort of miniature moped in their line up. Peugeot has a GL10 or GT10, Minarelli engines are available on this Lei and the Mini Chic. I’ve seen some with the Sachs engine too. Vespa with the awesome Citta. Tomos has a step-through version and also the popular TX50 a.k.a Super Tom. Puch as well with its Magnum X that is a little bigger than these listed.
If you like these mini mopeds let us know in the comments below. Email or tag us with pictures of your Mini moped. I’m still looking to build inspiration for the Mini Chic project.
